This website is intended only for the companies or the business entities which are registered in UAE and having a valid trade license and all other documents required to run the company as per the applicable laws of U.A.E. By registering and using or accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have the authority or legally authorized to represent the company or the business entity to bind your company or business entity to this User Agreement and that you and the business entity will abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned in the User Agreement and Privacy policy. Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of N.M Global Consultancy FZE under this User Agreement or at law reserves the right to limit, suspend or withdraw access to the site or to the membership, when we believe that business entity or company has failed to furnish the documents required to show its registration as a business entity or company as per the applicable law of U.A.E when asked from time to time, or has failed to abide by the User Agreement. The company or business entity cannot register as the member of this site more than once.
While you register as a member to our Site will be required to provide certain information regarding your business and register a username and password for the use of this Site. Once you become a member of the Site, you agree that:
Further, N.M Global consultancy FZE at its sole discretion and at any time can make any inquiries it considers necessary (whether directly or through a third party), to verify the information and other documentations and you agree to provide any information and/or documentation to Bidtotrade.com upon such requests. Bidtotrade.com is not an auction house and does not offer any auction services. We do not provide services to make any kind of payment or transactions between the users or to any third party and we do not take part in any kind of transactions that takes place between the buyer and the supplier. Hence we are not a party to any contract of sale or purchase. This site is just an online platform, which connects with companies associated with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Civil work to plan and manage the material procurement. Currently, our services are limited to U.A.E. In this site companies can register themselves under three type of user namely Contractor, Trader and Manufacturer based upon their business activities. Our services differ from one user type to another, so please read carefully about the services which we provide through this site. Companies associated with MEP and Civil contracting work.
Companies associated with the supply of material related to MEP and Civil works. Apart from all the services which are mentioned above for contractor, as a trader you have an additional option, wherein you will receive enquiries for the items which you supply, from various contractors and other traders in the U.A.E and you will also have the option to bid or quote your best price for the items in the enquiry. As a trader, you can just bid/quote and it is up to the sole discretion of the contractor or another trader who has created an enquiry to decide to whom to issue the purchase order (so there is no such rule that, the lowest bidder will get the order). In accounts section along the payables, you can also keep track of all your receivables.
Manufacturing companies associated with MEP and civil works
As a manufacturer, you will only receive the enquiries from the contractors and traders, for the items which you manufacture and you have the option to bid or quote your best price for the item in the enquiry. You can also create sub-users based upon the user plan. In accounts, you can only manage your receivables. As a member, you are also eligible for the "My deal" services and advertisement services on the website.
To all type of users:
You acknowledge and agree that you are aware of the fact that through this site you cannot make any kind of transactions nor can you enter contract or agreement between the users or any third party. The purchase orders and an invoice which are auto generated on this website are just for your reference (which are not signed by any party) and hence the contract for sale or purchase of any item or purchase orders and invoices need to be signed by the seller and buyer to form a bipartite contract. At no time shall any right, title or interest over any item rest with Bidtotrade.com nor shall we have any obligations or liabilities corresponding to such item or the contract entered between the buyer and seller.
In accounts, you acknowledge and agree to take complete responsibility for updating your payables and/or receivables and at no time shall Bidtotrade.com will be responsible for any loss or profit or damage or conflict arising due to the changes made by you or your sub-user in the payables and/or receivables.
You also acknowledge and agree to take responsibility for all the actions which are done by your sub-users.

Any company or sales person associated with the company can register themselves as a temporary user. As a temporary user, you will be able to receive and bid/quote for the enquiries but you will not be allowed to create any project or an enquiry. As a temporary user you will not be able to receive any purchase orders or access other features offered by Bidtotrade.com.Once you register as a temporary user, other registered members can view your account and they can send the enquiries to your account. Bidtotrade.com reserves all right to suspend or even delete the account of the temporary user if they do not abide by our terms of use & privacy policy.
While you use this site, you agree not to post, upload, email, host, display, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on this Site, or otherwise make any content or document available:

Bidtotrade.com is only a platform for networking and communication wherein users may contact, meet and interact with one another for the purpose of the sale and purchase of items corresponding to MEP and civil work. Bidtotrade.com does not buy or sell any items. Through Bidtotrade.com members cannot make any transactions for the purpose of sales or purchase. You acknowledge and agree that, we are not and cannot be a party to,or control in any manner or any transaction between two members of the Site and cannot guarantee that a contractor, trader or manufacturer will complete a transaction or accept the return of an item or provide any refund for the same. We strongly recommend both the parties to have a written agreement before doing any transaction. You will not hold Bidtotrade.com responsible for other members' information, any documents, content related to items, actions, or inactions, they list or post. In particular:
Bidtotrade.com does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the website. All the content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, images, audio clips, video clips, text, graphics, button icons, digital downloads, documents, data compilations and software, is the property and copyright work of either Bidtotrade.com or its other members and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to remove any infringing content without prior notice. Bidtotrade.com may also suspend or terminate a user's access to the Website, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer (a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once) or found to be indulging in any actions contrary to these terms.

You should carefully consider the risks associated with making certain personal or company information publicly available. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve all the right to amend any of our terms of use or other conditions in our privacy policy at any time by publishing the new terms or conditions on our website. You acknowledge and agree that Bidtotrade.com at its sole discretion and without any liability, could make amendments, that may increase or decrease your obligations and your rights under the User Agreement. The amendments will come into immediate effect once they are posted on a website and with a notice of the amendment on the site. An amendment notice will be mailed to all the members of the Bidtotrade.com along with all the details corresponding to the changes in the User Agreement. By continuing to use our services after that amendment, you confirm your continuing acceptance of any updates to this User Agreement. In case if you are not satisfied with changes to the User Agreement your only option is to discontinue the use of our service on the site.
Under this User Agreement or at law or otherwise, Bidtotrade.com may immediately and without any liability: limit your activity, sub-user activity, remove your projects, bids, enquiry, end your listings, warn other users of your actions, temporarily / indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your membership, and/or limit or withdraw your access to the Site in case:
Any suspended users may be reinstated at any time by Bidtotrade.com (at its sole discretion).
As a consequence of breaching this User Agreement Bidtotrade.com reserves all the right to recover any amount due and owing by you to Bidtotrade.com or any damages or losses caused by you to Bidtitrade.com and to take measures such as legal action and/or the initiation of criminal proceedings against you if necessary. We do not guarantee that action will be taken against all breaches corresponding to this User Agreement.
The failure to act against you with respect to a breach or other conditions does not mean a waiver to your actions. Bidtotrade.com has all right to take any actions with respect to that breach or subsequent or similar breaches in future.
Site uptime
We try our best and take all reasonable measures to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server/other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind if this website is unavailable at any time.
We offer advertising service to our members and other business companies or entities, where they can advertise their services and products. There is a non-refundable fee to have their ads posted in selected locations of the website. To feature your ads, you need to contact us on advertise@bidtotrade.com. Only authorized persons to have the right to request for the ads and Bidtotrade.com (in its sole discretion) have the right to approve or reject the request for advertising the ads. The content of the advertisement may link you to the Third Party websites and we make no representation or guarantee as to the safety or security issues arising from the use of third party websites. You acknowledge and agree that you are completely aware of all the risk associated with the use of third party websites and information in the ads and under no circumstance we are liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage occurring due to the featured advertisement or linking to the third party websites. In no event Bidtotrade.com, and ( as applicable) its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates will be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, general, special, compensatory, consequential, including without limitation to, losses or loss of profits, business, opportunity, data or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or your sub-user or anyone else in connection with the use of the site, its services, or this User Agreement. In any case, if you are unsatisfied with the site, its services, content or material on it, your only option is to discontinue the use of the site.
Disputes between users or third party
In an event of dispute arising between you and another member or a third party, Bidtotrade.com encourages you to contact the user or third party to resolve the dispute amicably. In case both the parties fail to resolve the dispute, you may also report user-to-user disputes to your local law enforcement or a certified mediation or arbitration entity, as applicable.
You acknowledge and agree to release Bidtotrade.com ( and N.M Global Consultancy FZE's directors, officers, agents, joint ventures and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected disclosed and undisclosed, occurring out of or in any way connected with disputes with one or more users, or an outside party.
Disputes with Bidtotrade.com (N.M Global Consultancy FZE)
In an event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising between you and Bidtotrade.com in connection with in relation to this User Agreement or for any other reason, then the parties will first make an effort to resolve the dispute amicably.
In case if the dispute has not been resolved amicably by both the parties within a specified time period, then the parties hereby agree that the dispute shall be resolved by the court of competent jurisdiction in Ras Al Khaimah and U.A.E.
This user agreement is governed by the UAE laws and Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone laws and this clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this user Agreement for any reason. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
This feature is only available for the members of Bidtotrade.com at certain fees and we reserve the right to vary, amend and withdraw these additional terms by publishing any revisions to these terms, on the website. In MY deal, the member can advertise their products, items or services related only to MEP and Civil works. You acknowledge and agree that Bidtotrade.com (in its sole discretion) may approve or reject your request to post My Deal on the website. You acknowledge and agree that Bidtotrade.com is just a platform to connect you and other members and under no circumstance, Bidtotrade.com is liable for any loss of profit or damages occurring due to any business between you and another member. You acknowledge and agree that at your own risk you make communication with the party (another member) who has posted the deals in My Deals and you take full responsibility of verifying the information posted by other members before carrying out any business with the party ( another member) who has posted the deal. We highly recommend you to have a written agreement between you and another party before doing business with each other. You acknowledge and agree that all the information provided by you in My Deals are correct, not misleading or in no case Bidtotrade.com or other members become legally liable.We reserve the right to verify the information you provided, by us or by the third party and reserve the right to suspend your account for wrong or misleading information regarding My Deals. In case if you find anyone providing incorrect or misleading information please report us on feedback@bidtotrade.com. For more information regarding the fees associated with My deal refer to section (5).
